Table Reservations
Allow customers to book tables online with automatic availability checking and confirmation emails.
Overview
The reservation system lets your customers book tables directly from your restaurant's public page. Reservations include automatic availability checking, email confirmations, and a management dashboard.
How Customers Book
Customers visit /{your-site}/restaurant/reserve and:
- Enter their name, email, and phone number
- Select a date and party size
- Choose from available time slots (30-minute intervals, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
- Add any special requests (e.g., high chair, birthday)
- Receive an instant confirmation email
Managing Reservations
Navigate to Restaurant > Reservations in the sidebar to manage bookings.
Filters
- Upcoming — Future reservations that are pending or confirmed
- Today — All reservations for today
- Past — Historical reservations
- All — Everything
Status Workflow

Availability
The system automatically prevents overbooking by checking existing reservations for overlapping time slots. Each reservation defaults to 90 minutes duration.
