Getting Started with Reservations

Set up your reservation business, create services, and start accepting bookings online.

Prerequisites: Your account type must be set to Reservation. This is configured when you first create your account or by contacting support.

What Is a Reservation Account?

A Reservation account transforms your workspace into a complete booking management system. Define the services you offer, assign resources (staff, rooms, equipment), configure availability schedules, and let customers book appointments online — all from one platform.

Setting Up Your Reservation Business

After selecting Reservation as your account type during registration, you will be taken to your dashboard. From there:

  1. Create services — Go to Services and add the services you offer (e.g., consultation, haircut, spa treatment). Set the duration, price, and description for each.
  2. Add categories — Organize your services into categories so customers can browse them easily.
  3. Configure resources — Add the resources that deliver your services — staff members, rooms, or equipment. Assign each resource to the services it can handle.
  4. Set schedules — Define your working hours and availability windows in Schedule. Set up recurring weekly schedules or custom date overrides.
  5. Accept bookings — Once everything is configured, customers can browse your services and book appointments through your website.
